After moving out from the city to live in West Auckland it only made sense to work in the West. For more than 25 years Sudan Hairdressing has bought balance for family, relationships and travel.
I didn’t start hairdressing 30 years ago thinking I would still be loving it as much as I still do today. The relationships with our staff and clientele are what makes my job special.
With nearly 20 years in this industry I love the creativity that hair brings. The precision of colour and styling to create a unique look for every individual makes every day different and that much more enjoyable.
The wonderful relationships between myself and my clientele is what also drives my passion for hair and is the cherry on top!

Hey, I’m Amber! I’ve been in the hairdressing industry since 2023 and have a passion for all things hair. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me in the water or involved in surf lifesaving, which has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember.
As an emerging stylist at Sudan, I love helping my clients feel confident and beautiful, whether we’re creating a fresh new look or keeping your favourite style looking its best. I’m all about good chats, good vibes and making you feel amazing when you leave the salon. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
